April 21 (Bloomberg) -- Mexico's central bank unexpectedly reduced its benchmark overnight rate for a ninth straight month to bolster growth in Latin America's second-biggest economy. Policy makers said they see ``no room'' for further reductions in the ``foreseeable future.''
