SANTA FE, New Mexico (Reuters) - Entrepreneur Richard Branson is to base his commercial space flight venture at a new $225 million (127 million pounds) spaceport in New Mexico, Gov. Bill Richardson and the flamboyant billionaire said on Wednesday.
