Hotel Reviews Waikiki Hawaii "Aston Waikiki Joy Hotel"

We stayed here on our honeymoon. Described as a "boutique hotel," because it is cozy, smaller but very stylish. "Continental" breakfast was pretty hearty considering its "continental" distinction. Lots of fresh fruit. Super stereo system in the rooms that probably isn't necessary. Nice lanai/balcony. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Best Feature: Guest rooms are lovely; breakfast was super

Friendly and helpful staff is always available, beautiful lobby and veranda area, nice continental breakfast (fresh fruit, bagels, rolls, juices and coffee/tea), clean and spaceous rooms, short walk to beach, lots of shopping and restaurants nearby even though motel is on quieter side street, smaller motel seems more personal atmosphere, hospitality room or late check out for late flights. We would definitely return. Best Feature: friendly and helpful staff, beautiful lobby area.

Our room was missing only one single thing (a microwave) because I have a baby and she loves eating warm oatmeal for breakfast. Best Feature: lobby area

Stayed for one night in Feb. 2005. Great location, close to shopping and beach. Room was very clean. Lewers street side rooms are noisy and pillows were flat. Decor needs updating. Overall good value.
