Bougainvillea Beach Resort is named after the beautiful bougainvillea
flower which is common to the Barbadian landscape...flowering even
during the dryer months. This is one of the newer properties on the
South Coast and was completed in the mid 1990s. Bougainvillea Hotel
has a contemporary yet Mediterranean style which is seen in its main
areas and rooms. Its location on the Maxwell Coast road in Barbados
places it quite close to St. Lawrence Gap if you walk on the beach,
but it is a short 5 minute drive or 15-20 minute walk taking the
main road. |
