Reservation terms: A guarantee deposit of 50% is requested at the moment of reservation. Another guarantee deposit of 50% is requested 7 days before date of arrival.

Modification of reservation: In the case of a cancellation in the number of days of the holiday: if this partial cancellation is notified more than 6 days before arrival date: no fees, if this partial cancellation is notified 7 days or less before arrival date: all cancelled nights are 100% invoiced.

Cancellation terms: if cancellation notified at least 15 days before arrival date: full refund of deposit, cancellation between 15 to 7 days prior to arrival date: no refund of the 50% deposit, cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: the total length of the stay will be invoiced. No show: the total amount of the stay is invoiced.
