Hotel Martinez Suites and Rooms

The exquisite Art Deco-era Hotel Martinez, located on the largest beach in Cannes, France, has turned its entire penthouse into just two 8,000 square-foot suites fit for royalty. Sitting on the seventh floor. The hotel's 403 rooms including 387 bedrooms + 16 suites (with the 2 panoramic appartments) designed for entertaining, have two bedrooms, two full baths, a kitchen, a sauna, and massive living areas, dining room and fully furnished terrace with whirlpool spa.



The Martinez has a total of 430 rooms including 40 executive rooms and 15 suites. The aim of the decor was a Roaring Twenties style, and all rooms boast private safes, marble baths with thick towels, wood furnishings, tasteful carpets, quality mattresses, and pastel fabrics.



All rooms and suites are sound proofed and equipped with individual air conditioning, mini bar, 14 television channels in 4 languages, laundry service, dry cleaning and 24 hour room service.

The hotel suites are approximately five times the size of the average home and elegantly appointed with silks and rare woods, opening to a terrace that overlooks the Mediterranean sea.

All guests of the Hotel Martinez can take advantage of state-of-the-art security systems, video-conferencing devices, personal computers and color laser printers, infra-red keyboards, Internet access, fax, remote-controlled heating, cooling and lighting systems, satellite televisions, home theatres, DVD players and a DVD library and games console.

Those staying in the Master Suites, however, also have access to a private butler, limousine transfers, open bar and cigar box, and the option of combining the suites to enjoy 16,000 square feet of luxurious space.
