connections to and from the Cote d'Azur are exceptionally good. International
Nice Riviera Airport, the second largest airport in

Nice Riviera Airport : A major airline transport hub, is the largest
airport outside of Paris. It handled 12 million passengers in 2004,
and international passenger figures increased by 18.5% in 2004,
surpassing European airports such as Geneva and Lisbon.
There
are two terminals, one for international flights and the other for
domestic flights. The current expansion programme will bring its
capacity to 16 million passengers by the year 2007.

Europe Express Nice-Paris and Nice-Milan. 25 other stations along
the coast are on the French and European network. Passengers can
take the revolutionary high speed T.G.V. to Paris,
Lyon and Marseilles. A "T.G.V. Méditerranée" is
in the planning stage to link the French
Riviera to Italy and Spain.
