This
place is just fabulous. Can't believe all the moans expressed. It
seems to me that these are from people who just want everything to
be big, flashy and glitzy. If you want a coporate chain hotel - go
and stay in one. The Negresco has European grander, elegance and
charm. It really is a one off experience.

Having
just spent six nights in Nice and putting quite a bit of research
into my hotel choice I am pleased to say that Hotel La
Perouse provided us an excellent base. The location is quiet
and unrivalled, the pool area tranquil, and the staff are friendly
and helpful, especially those at reception. The rooms are great.
2 mns away from the Vieux Nice, which we enjoyed every evening.
