main restaurant overlooks the pool and the beach. It has a seating
capacity of 176 and is set up in three space areas and two open
air deck areas, thereby fostering intimacy. L'Archipel is open for
breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and it offers a "? la carte" service
with light gourmet food.

Fish Reserve) Located in a unique natural environment at a distance
from our main building, and surrounded by mangroves, our floating
restaurant unique of its kind comprises of five islets seating a
maximum of 40 people, and it overlooks a large natural fish reserve
with an exceptional background mountain chain scenery.
The
sunset view on the Barachois is breathtaking. The
floating restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, and offers a "?
la carte" service as well as daily specials, its specialities being
grills, sea food, and mauritian delicacies.
Our
Executive Chef is from France
but has had a worldwide experince with the different cuisines of
the world.
