Reservations are subject to the availability of the circuit. The package includes :

• One night accomodation on bed & buffet breakfast basis.

• One day (7h45 a.m. to 6h00 p.m.) on the ´ Circuit du Var ª used by F1 pilotes

for their training with :

• 20 laps in a Formula 3 car (Opel Lotus / 180 horses / 440 Kg.)
• and 4 laps in a Formula 1 car (AGS / 650 horses / 505 Kg.)

You should inform us of the date you want and the exact number of persons attending the training then we will contact the circuit in order to check their availability.

If availability is confirmed, 50% of the package amount will be requested to secure the reservation. This deposit will be refundable in case of cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to arrival, then the circuit will offer an alternative date. Should this not be suitable for you, the deposit will not be refunded.

A car is necessary to reach the circuit as transportation is not included. The circuit is situated near Toulon at 1h30 drive from Cannes.

The price for two participants in a double room is EUR 3 065.00 including breakfast and city tax, the price in a single room is EUR 1 590.00 including breakfast and city tax.

The supplement for a 2^nd person sharing the room but not participating to the experience is EUR 40.00 including breakfast and city tax.

Extra nights will be EUR 134.00 for a single room, EUR 139.00 for a double room, buffet breakfast included and excluding city tax EUR 1.07 per person per day.

Bookings have to be made directly through the Radisson SAS hotel concerned.

Your reservation is confirmed when pre-payment has been received. Pre-payment must be made no later than 16 days prior to arrival.

Payment may be made by credit card or bank transfer.

Proof of payment vouchers, tickets and other related documents will be delivered upon receipt of payment in full.

Depending on the nature of the event, the number of event tickets required and/or the number of rooms required, the duration of the stay can be changed up to 14 days prior to the arrival/event date, subject to availability.

Any cancellation or reduction in the number of event tickets and/or rooms required will, after this date, be subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to the full package value of the booking and the pre-payment will be applied in full to this penalty charge.

In the unlikely event that a component of your package is cancelled or otherwise no longer available, the hotel will take all necessary steps to contact you and inform you of the changes. You may then choose to cancel all remaining arrangements and obtain a full refund of your pre-payment.
