ound Hill captures the essence of romance with its charming villas discreetly screened by the lush plantings, sweeping vistas of the Caribbean Sea, with it's genuine tradition of Jamaican hospitality, style and elegance cherished by lovers of all ages.



You can stay in a private, deluxe villa with your own swimming pool, nestled on Round Hill's 100-acre peninsula, surrounded by tropical gardens with fabulous views from your verandahs. A Jamaican or international breakfast is served every day by an attentive staff. Lunches and dinners are served at the hotel's seaside terrace, or enjoy a private dinner served to your villa.

Accommodations consist of 27 individually owned Private Villas and Cottages with 74 suites surrounded by 30 acres of gardens. Villas or cottages contain 2, 3, or 4 suites, each with private living rooms and /or verandahs, and magnificent sea views. Sizes vary, and most have spectacular views. There are 22 villas with their private swimming pools. Deluxe and Master Villa Suites share the swimming pool with another suite.



There are also 36 Superior Oceanfront Hotel Rooms including Deluxe Oceanfront Rooms. Each of these rooms has large louvered windows, king-size or twin beds, air conditioning, private bathrooms with tub and shower, telephones, refrigerators, umbrellas, bathrobes, coffee maker with complimentary Blue Mountain Coffee and tea, and hairdryers. Radio/CD players are available in all rooms and suites for guest's enjoyment.

The Round Hill has 74 Master, Deluxe, and Superior Suites in 27 Private Villas include bath tub with shower, air-conditioned bedrooms, ceiling fans, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, bathrobes, and king-size or twin beds. Villas house two, three, or four suites and vary in size. Some suites include private swimming pools while others share the pool between two suites.

Each Villa includes a kitchen and is staffed by a cook and housekeeper who serve breakfast daily in the suite or garden area. All suites can be rented individually, for a maximum of two couples per villa sharing a pool, or they can be rented as complete villas with a private pool for up to 8 persons. All suites are furnished with the following amenities; Bath tub with shower, air conditioned bedrooms and ceiling fans, hair dryer, telephones with direct dial, bathrobes and umbrella, refrigerators in existing kitchen, separate twin beds or king size beds.



The Villas are beautifully and individually decorated in a style of colonial elegance with wicker, mahogany or bamboo furniture, slip covers and beautiful tile floors. The bedrooms may be closed off and air conditioned. Living rooms convey a very light, Caribbean feel with the cooling tradewinds passing through. All villas face west to enjoy the fabulous views and sunsets. Each has a kitchen used by the cook and housekeepers to prepare breakfast which is served in privacy at your verandah, suite or garden area.



The Pineapple House comprises of 36 ocean front rooms overlooking the Caribbean Sea. All have large louvered windows which fold back taking full advantage of the beautiful view. King-sized beds are in 20 of the rooms but the remainder have twin beds. All rooms have air-conditioning, private bathrooms, with a bath and shower, telephones, refrigerators, umbrellas, bathrobes, hair dryers and a small coffee machine for complimentary Blue Mountain Coffee or tea. Our fresh water swimming pool is located right at the edge of the sea, adjacent to the Pineapple House.

Each of the large bedrooms has louvre windows which can be folded back to enjoy an ocean view. Available with either king size bed or separate twin beds, some rooms have connecting doors. All rooms have ocean and garden views.
