SYDNEY, March 4 (Reuters) - Australia faces a bordeline recession this year given economic growth was likely to slow to near zero, a top central banker said on Wednesday. Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) Assistant Governor Malcolm Edey said people were needlessly fixated on the popular definition of recession as two straight quarters of contraction.
