area has an abundance of good views and quiet fishing villages
reflecting the true Caribbean pace of life. Come relax and unwind
at the Treasure Beach Hotel where time is plentiful like the warm
golden sand. The Yabba Restaurant offers the best of Jamaica's
bountiful cuisine. Succulent fresh fish and lobster, mouth watering
steaks, spicy chicken and lamb are accompanied by a cornucopia
of locally grown fruits and vegetables.
Fine wines and tempting cocktails make sunsets and moonrises over
the sea a memorable occasion in the Sea Horse Bar. Treasure Beach
Hotel is a two hour drive from the international airport at Montego
Bay through beautiful tropical countryside with breathtaking views.
Enjoy the quiet simple pleasures which, in today's life, are becoming
harder to find but are easily available on Jamaica's South Coast
at the Treasure Beach Hotel.
The
Santa Cruz Mountains nearby shelter the Treasure Beach area from
rain giving it many days of constant sunshine. So much so that various
indigenous cacti are not uncommon in the hotel's landscaped gardens.
Discover
bountiful seashells, an abundance of unequaled wildlife and the
peaceful sea breeze rustling through Sabal Palms. Come and find
out why the native Arawak Indians invented the hammock in this relaxing
corner of Paradise.
Christopher
Columbus arrived in Jamaica in 1492, on the first of his
three voyages. One of his boats, the Nina, supposedly sunk off Columbus
Cove in St. Ann, but he would have come ashore at Great Bay in the
lee of the bluff.
